Embedded Care Coordinator Trainings
We encourage ECCs/DCCs to attend training before starting Accountable Care work and patient outreach. Trainings are held via webinars on Tuesdays from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. ET, and are delivered in two parts. Please refer to the training calendar pdf for specific dates.

* After registering, you will receive a meeting invitation to attend the training. It will include the necessary webinar information, and an Embedded Care Coordinator Resource Guide Scavenger Hunt. We encourage you to complete this activity and become familiar with the guide prior to training. You can also find the scavenger hunt in the Embedded Care Coordinator Resource Guide Appendix. ** After part two of training is completed, you will receive an email with a WebEx presentation attached. This recording will introduce you to the daily and monthly actionable patient detail reports, and provide information on how to best use the information provided.
Quarterly Report Training
This training session provides an overview of Cigna quarterly patient detail suite of reports available to ACOs. This training will assist with the understanding of how to use the Cigna quarterly patient detail reports to identify patient targeted opportunities for improved outcomes. Training is held quarterly. Please refer to the training calendar pdf for specific dates.
